We do offer exchange or refund option.  It is important to us that you are happy with your product if for some reason the product isn’t right for you, we will happily exchange or refund. As parents we understand life gets busy so we want to extend our flexibility to 30 days from purchase to be able to refund. The product must be in brand new condition, so no signs of being worn with all tags and labelling intact. Our team must be notified of your intention to exchange or return within 10 days of receiving your product, and must have received your product back to our office by the 30th day after purchase to be issued a full refund. The shipping costs are the customers responsibility. This includes cases where the incorrect size has been purchased.

If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. Items(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original packaging/tags attached.
3. Swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene protection stickers attached. Underwear must be worn when trying on swimwear.
4. Giftcards, sale and clearance are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

2. Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
3. We will respond to your email within 2 business days and provide you with a returns form and necessary instructions.
4. All returns/credit notes/exchanges will take 2 days to process once items arrive back to us. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.
5. All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee.
